Artist
Richard X. Zawitz was born in Pittsburgh and headquartered in San Francisco and Hong Kong, Zawitz has practised art for over forty years. Born in Pittsburgh and San Francisco. After earning a BA in Fine Arts Sculpture from the University of Hawaii and a double minor in Asian Art History and Asian Philosophy, he travelled and researched extensively throughout Asia, especially Japan, Thailand, India, Nepal, and Tibet. His artistic practice and worldview have had a profound impact.
Project Introduction
Shenzhen China Merchants Group entrusted ToMASTER as the general planner of the public art, and invited international artist Richard X. Zawitz to show the charm of Shenzhen to the Chinese and international friends with the "infinite concept of art" for the leisure belt of Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center.
